This policy explains how Adona Robot Sàrl (CHE-205.255.519), Geneva, Switzerland — the data controller — handles your personal data on funded.ch. We follow the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
Data we collect
Account data (email, name, phone); identity data (ID documents) for funded traders and payouts; payment data (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers); trading activity on our platform (orders, performance, account state); and limited technical data (IP, device, pages viewed) via privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
Why we use it
To provide the Test and Funded Accounts (performance of a contract); to take payments; to meet identity and anti-money-laundering obligations (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and abuse (legitimate interest); to communicate with you about your account; and to understand site usage (legitimate interest, no cross-site profiling).
Cookies & analytics
We set a single session cookie only when you start the Test. Our analytics (Plausible) uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. We run no advertising cookies.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Plausible (analytics), our hosting provider, our partner brokerage venue for funded execution, and an identity-verification provider. We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Some providers are located outside Switzerland and the EU. Where they are, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations — for example, anti-money-laundering records are kept for the period the law requires. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and object to certain processing. Email florian@adona-robot.com to exercise these. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to your local authority in the EU.
Security
We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
Children
funded.ch is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
