Trading Conditions

These conditions apply to all trading on funded.ch — during the Test and on Funded Accounts. They keep the evaluation fair and the funded book sound. Breaking them voids the affected trades, the evaluation or Funded Account, and any profits, and may lead to a permanent ban.
One account, one trader
Each person may hold one account, traded by that person only. Account sharing, third-party or managed trading, and operating multiple accounts — directly or through others — are not allowed.
No hedging
You may not hedge. Opening offsetting or opposite positions on the same or correlated instruments — across your own accounts, across different funded.ch accounts, or in coordination with other traders — is prohibited. Internal hedging intended to lock risk or manufacture a pass is not permitted.
No coordinated or copy trading
Group trading, copy or mirror trading, and coordinating entries or exits with other traders or accounts to share risk or guarantee an outcome are prohibited.
No exploiting errors or off-market pricing
You may not exploit platform errors, latency, data-feed delays, off-market or stale quotes, or any technical fault. Trades and profits arising from such exploits are void.
No gaming the evaluation
Strategies that rely on a single all-in trade, abusive martingale or grid sizing, or straddling high-impact news purely to game the rules rather than demonstrate skill are not permitted.
No unauthorised automation
Automated trading, bots and expert advisors are not permitted unless we authorise them in writing. Latency arbitrage and HFT-style exploitation are prohibited.
Risk rules apply at all times
The maximum concurrent exposure, daily loss limit and maximum drawdown apply at all times, in the Test and on Funded Accounts. The platform engine rejects orders that would breach the per-trade caps; the daily and total drawdown limits close the account on breach.
Review & enforcement
We may review any account’s trades. Where a rule is broken we may void the affected trades, fail the evaluation, close the Funded Account, withhold or reverse payouts, and ban the trader. Our determination, made in good faith, is final.
